A nearly 300 sq ft TimberTech Mocha composite deck engineered specifically to support a hot tub. Building a deck for a hot tub requires serious structural knowledge — the framing has to carry thousands of pounds of water and people without sagging over time. We beefed up the support to handle the live and dead loads and anchored the footings accordingly. The stairs were a custom fit onto a preexisting concrete slab that had a noticeable slope, and we executed the transition cleanly so each step lands level and solid. Finished off with a modern black cable railing system that keeps the view wide open.
